The Test
Your life hath changed overnight
Nothing seems to be just right
You may weep many times throughout the day
The pain and grief doesn't seem to go away
Is this a test that you must pass?
Are there any answers that will last?
The answer is no but it's up to you
How you grieve and what you do
Grieve you will and pain so deep
It's no wonder why you weep
You look at life in a different light
A life so dim that was once so bright
What can I learn from this test today?
My faith in God will take the pain away
Nothing else will ease the pain
Nor will my life ever be the same
So if you are wondering what to do
Pray to God to please help you
