If God granted me a wish what would I do
I would take all the pain and grief from you
I would show you the light at the end of the road
There you would leave the burden and the load
Angels would sing a song of heavenly love
God sends his blessings from his throne above
Such a gift I would treasure right from my heart
To send to you that you may be a part
My pain and grief I would still bare
My wish for you is what I would share
For then I know my life was completed
My love for you all will never be defeated
So my wish is from me to you
I only wish I could make it come true
