How Do You Say Goodbye

How do you say goodbye to someone that you love
Where do you find the words only from God above
Although you never say goodbye they are always in your heart
For they can never leave you for they are always a part
The love that you gave them from the day they were born
The love they took away from you and left you alone to mourn
Your life once full and happy now empty and full of pain
The life they stole away from you they had nothing left to gain
You never really say goodbye for they will always be
Forever alive in your heart that's where you will see
That there life was precious if even not for long
You never do say goodbye just like in a song
For they are free at last and with God they belong.
