That will be the day you will re live forever more
He will come like a thief in the night
Everything will go wrong nothing will be right
The pangs of grief and sorrow will weigh heavily on your heart
Tears will be many as your life is now torn apart
A loss so sudden and unknown to you
Destroys everything you once knew
Your mind becomes disoriented your life a blur
Nothing seems real you can't even concur
You feel like you are crazy even going insane
The grief gremlin has got you playing his game
You are not insane nor are you going mad
The tears that you shed show just how sad
The emptiness and void now left in your heart
Leaves nothing to look for in a new start
The grief gremlin has done it's job and taken it's toll
