It has taken me 62 years for me to learn
Of the love for my Father whom I now yearn
I lost my mother and then my son
I asked God above why?What have I done
Now the day are winding down time is precious there is no doubt
To let you know through all these years I have lived without
The love of my father whom I cannot every repay
to show him my love as he slowly passes away
One day soon you will be free with Mom and my son Robbie
Even now as my heart breaks
my undying love for you there is no mistake
To you my special friend whom I have grown to Love
Will be there for him when God calls dad home
Then you will be free and never alone
My grief I will bear and tears I will Cry
For the love of my Father I cannot lie
So dad as I write these last words
My Love for you Is meant to be heard
Good bye for now as I speak today
