Emotional Wreck

In a few weeks your birthday draws near
My emotions are going crazy what do I fear
I used to celebrate your birthday on that date
Now you are gone and there will be no cake
The laughter and fun we would have had to that day
Seems oblivious to me since you passed away
My nerves are on edge I don't know what to feel
I still find it hard to believe I know that's its real
What am I afraid of and why do I shake
You took your life you did not hesitate
One thing you forgot when you died that day
The tears I would shed the price I would pay
Your pain and misery you could not share
Didn't you think that I really did care?
My grief is heavy and my life is a wreck
All because of a noose around your neck
This is what I go through each day
Since you left me on that tragic day
