Another Valentines Day
As Valentines Day is approaching I have been thinking of you
My mind wandered back in time to things we used to do
The cards, the flowers and chocolate we bought
The dumb things we did and always got caught
As I wonder about the things that have transpired
I don't think the results was what you desired
On Valentines Day we think of hearts and of love
But now you are free in the heavens above
Here on earth is where I still reside
Wishing you were here and still alive
This I know will never be
Fate did change your destiny
Little did I know way back then
I would see your life end
As the holidays come and go
The love in my heart will always grow
The tears I shed may be more than a few
But they are tears for my love for you
